Summer Concert Series Announces 2019 Lineup

Burlington, VT (May 3, 2019): Burlington City Arts' annual summer concert series presented by VSECU kicks off on June 12. All are welcome to enjoy 22 free concerts, this year on lower Church Street near City Hall. The series takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m. from June 12 to August 28.

The 2019 line-up features both local favorites and some from further afield that may be new to Burlington audiences. It's an excellent opportunity to listen to new music, have lunch with a friend or co-worker or enjoy being outside with your community, supporting live music.

“Live music under the summer sun is one of those things that just can’t help but bring people together. These concerts help make Burlington the vibrant city it’s known to be. There is so much strong local and regional talent to be heard and VSECU is honored to be part of the wonderful creative programming that Burlington City Arts is known for sharing with our community. Our branch on St. Paul Street is just around the corner so we’ll see you there and be enjoying the music with everyone else,” Simeon Chapin, Director of Social and Community Development, VSECU.

As of May 3, sponsors include VSECU, Dubois & King, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Church Street Marketplace, NBC 5, The Point 104.7, and Seven Days.
