Laura Molinelli and Ben Campbell came together in 2015 as two vocal harmony-loving indie poppers who found each other in a bluegrass band. Not long after meeting, they formed their own original musical entity and called it Luminous Crush - and with good reason …

Molinelli is known regionally as a singer-songwriter who has shared the stage with well-known artists such as The Samples, Dar Williams, The Temptations, and Amy Helm.
Campbell is best known for his role as the original Orpheus In Anais Mitchell’s Tony Award-winning rock opera Hadestown and his influential underground presence on college radio under the name Saint Albums.
Currently, with six albums of original music in tow (all produced at Lonely Highway Studio in Jamaica, Vermont) the duo are supported by Christian Heins (bass guitar) and Bill Conley (pedal steel, lap steel, and dobro).
