Review Panel Nomination Form

BCA Panelists are vital to our public selection processes. Whether selecting artists for grants, public art works or other opportunities, the ideal panelists bring their skills and perspective to the scoring process, and will be able to effectively evaluate each application based on the criteria set by BCA. Panelists must be capable of reading applications and sharing thoughts with fellow panelists in person with or without reasonable accommodation.

Panelist Selection:

Nominations should only be made for individuals who can meet the above criteria and commitments and ARE WILLING TO SERVE. Self-nominations welcome. Selected panelists are ineligible for funding for the project panel on which they serve, and may not evaluate an application by a close relative or business partner. BCA staff will review panel nominations and select members for each review panel with the goal of ensuring that the panel represents Burlington's diverse community, its geography and key stakeholders, and that appropriate skill sets are represented. To nominate a panelist, please complete the following form:  


Please describe why you think this person would be a good BCA Community Fund selection panelist, particularly focusing on how this person would represent the diversity of background or personal characteristics, cultural experience, and artistic points of view of the Burlington community.
