Community Spotlight: SoulShine Power Yoga
City Hall Park

Community Spotlight

City Hall Park was created for the community. With that focus in mind, Community Spotlight features a re-occurring lineup of local arts groups every Tuesday evening. In 2022 we are proud to be supporting Jeh Kulu Dance and Drum TheaterBurlington Taiko, Swing Dance Jam, and Soulshine Power Yoga. Welcoming these groups to the park, supporting them with event production and marketing, and giving them the chance to connect with new audiences is what Community Spotlight is all about.

In collaboration with Burlington City Arts, SoulShine Power Yoga will be offering a free community class one Tuesday per month throughout the summer in City Hall Park! Check back for details on each class

9/27 Hula Hoop Yoga! with Megan Moon

SoulShine Power Yoga offers heated yoga classes in two convenient studio locations: one on Church Street in Downtown Burlington and off Susie Wilson Road in Essex. Our beautiful infrared-heated studios are like a warm, gentle hug that your body quickly acclimates to -- relaxing muscles, easing pain and stiffness, and promoting energy. As a studio community, their intention is to provide empowering, uplifting, and supportive classes that both challenge and celebrate you just as you are.

SoulShine offers daily classes for all bodies and all levels of experience -- from Gentle to Power Flow, Core Flow to Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates to Restorative -- in-studio, online, and outdoors. Visit soulshinepoweryoga.com/class-schedule/ to view the schedule and sign up for a class, and check out New Student Specials while you're at it!

2022 City Hall Park programming is underwritten by the Pomerleau Family Foundation and The WaterWheel Foundation. Community Spotlight has support from City Market, Onion River Co-op.
