Join BCA for a drop-in art-making activity inspired by Do We Say Goodbye? Grief, Loss, and Mourning. Rebecca Schwarz, BCA’s Art from the Heart coordinator, leads an intergenerational art activity drawn from Lydia Kern’s sculpture, Double Sorrow Double Joy, which explores the relationship between love and grief. Inspired by the healing power of creativity, participants will create their own memory box with meaningful colors, pictures, and words.

Art from the Heart is BCA's volunteer program that connects patients and caregivers with art activities and experiences at the University of Vermont Medical Center and Children’s Hospital.
