Burlington-based composer Randal Pierce performs Dvorak’s “Song to the Moon,” from his opera Rusalka, alongside two original pieces to accompany film screenings. Providing the soundtrack to George Méliès’ silent cinematic masterpiece, A Trip to the Moon, and other celestially themed films, Pierce incorporates strings, voice, and other instruments into his multimedia mashup to prime audiences into a collective trance of cosmic splendor.
