Guagua's original "psychotropical jazz" blends guitar,piano and horn melodies with tropical African, Caribbean & Brazilian polyrhythms. The word “Guagua” means bus and the music will take you on a panoramic ride through Cuban and Brazillian grooves and melodies.  The band plays all original music featuring danceable and infectious percussion, triumphant horns, and spirited piano and guitar.   Since its inception in 2004, the Burlington based band has played oodles of shows, recorded 3 acclaimed albums, and held down a monthly gig at The Radio Bean.
