Twilight Series: Night Protocol with April Patterson Clemens & Cobalt Tobert
City Hall Park

6PM:
Opening act April Patterson Clemens is a Vermont-based indie folk singer-songwriter from Texas and Cobalt Tolbert is a French American singer-guitarist who’s been rocking around Europe and the East Coast for over a decade. Tolbert adds flare and style to April's roster of original songs with his versatile guitar playing and exquisite ear. Together, they bring to life April's extensive and ever-expanding catalog of tunes. Seven Days said, “When she sings, Clemens channels medieval spirits with a rich, earthy tone that bends itself ethereally, the way water bends an image. Ghosts seem to wander through one song to the next on the controlled quiver of Clemens’ voice.”

7:30 PM:
Headliner Night Protocol was created to unite the sounds of the past, present, and future with a cutting-edge style of electronic music. Night Protocol shows are driven by live analog synthesizers, pulsing basslines, ripping guitar solos, soaring saxophone leads, and harmonized vocals. Their live show takes a theatrical approach to music performance with coordinated visuals, lighting effects, and a contagious sense of passion and energy for the foundations of electronic music.

Since founding in 2017, Night Protocol have released two albums and two EPs to critical acclaim. They are set to release a new album in summer 2026 with songs that push the boundaries of the genre and stretch into new territory as they unite both electronic music and live jam audiences.

Lounge on the lawn as the sun dips low and enjoy live music with luminaries from all corners of the Vermont music scene. Twilight Concerts light up the park once (or twice) a month.
