Material World: A Conversation About Sculpture Today
BCA Center, Lorraine B. Good Room

Join BCA Curatorial Assistant Jacquie O’Brien as she leads a panel discussion about the dynamic arena of contemporary sculpture, featuring Texture & Response artist Karen Cygnarowicz alongside Vermont-based sculptors Kevin Donegan and Meg McDevitt. Panelists share their individual experiences working with distinctly different materials. They reflect on broader conversations around three-dimensional artwork, which may include topics such as how sculptors seek to make art more accessible to their communities and why there is a renewed attention to the meaning and influence of materials.
