BCA presents Vermont-based contemporary artist Kaylynn Sullivan TwoTrees who discusses her current solo exhibition, Falling Into Language: A Travelogue, an immersive installation of paintings, soundscapes, and video that feature contemporary vocables (a sequence of sounds and syllables without literal meaning) created in collaboration with musicians from Vermont, India and Japan. For her talk, TwoTrees discusses the evolution of her project; her collaboration with musicians; and her ongoing series of vocable workshops inviting viewers to add their voice to further soundscapes for the installation.
