Aída O'Brien is a folk-rock singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, NY. Her music is inspired by themes including queer love, recovery, family, and her experience as a trans woman. In 2020, Aída self-released an EP called Girl in the Blue Dress, spanning seven years of songwriting while chronicling her gender transition and honoring relationships with loved ones. Some of her influences include Donna the Buffalo, Hurray for the Riff Raff, and Jennie Stearns.
