Liza’s artwork is full of whimsy, bold colors, and the best subject of all…. dogs. Inspired by her Corgis Henry and Lucy, she cannot imagine painting anything else. Her process starts in watercolor and is finished digitally where she can better control the vibrant color and bold shapes that dominate her work.

She received her BFA in Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. After graduation she went on to work in New York, London, and Los Angeles. Years later and now living in Vermont, she is finally able to concentrate on her first love, art. Liza takes on pet portrait commissions and truly enjoys working with clients to come up with a piece perfect for their home
